At Steps, we want you to walk with confidence. If your new footwear or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer shipping container.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
